Supportive Housing 

Our goal is to address the needs of a diverse population of families and individuals experiencing homelessness by providing time-limited housing with case management and life skills training to build their capacity to live self-sufficiently.



Affordable rent ~ 1/3 of income 

72 units at four sites:

22 Single Room Occupancy Units  

50 ~ 1-2-3 Bedroom Apartments

Case Management

What We’re Doing

In an environment of trust and advocacy, case managers partner with individual residents to identify immediate needs and life components which require progress to build towards self-sufficiency. 

The Inn Between of Longmont believes that education is necessary to live self-sufficiently and to break the cycle of homelessness.

Skills classes help resident's learn to live independently and are taught by experts from the community.
